Your browser is probably not configured to handle Java. Some
services such as WebTV do not offer Java capabilities, in
this instance you should follow the "In Lieu" instructions.
- To enable Java
in Microsoft Internet Explorer
go to Tools, Internet Options, Security Tab, Click the Custom
Level button, Scroll to nearly the bottom to "Scripting
of Java Applets", Check "Enable", Click "Okay",
Click "Apply", Click "Okay" and then Refresh
the page.
- To enable Java
in Netscape Navigator go to Edit,
Preferences, Advanced and then check Enable Java and Enable
JavaScript and click "Okay."
- In lieu of enabling
Java or if your Internet service provider does not offer Java
you can access your information by typing the following address
into the Address or Location area of your browser:

Login.htm
Where your O.P.S.
login is preceded by a dash and followed by ".htm"
